This transformational coaching programme will help you kickstart your career change, by exploring your true self and finding alignment, so that you can achieve career happiness. Through the 8 one-to-one conversations, you’ll explore your purpose and vision, identify your values, strengths and personality traits, tackle your self-limiting beliefs and fears, and finally define your career goal and action plan.

 

By the end of the programme, you’ll feel much clearer about what else you could be doing in your career and how to make it happen.

I know what it’s like to be unhappy in your job. After I left my soul-sucking career 2 years ago, I became a career coach. My mission now is to share everything I’ve learned throughout my own transformation journey and whilst supporting my clients with their career changes, with as many people as I can.

This programme will help you gain an in-depth understanding of what makes you ‘you’ and make the rights decisions for your career. Each conversation is supported by self-reflection exercises that will increase your self-knowledge and self-confidence.

Here’s the programme outline

Discovery call

Before you sign up to the programme, we have a conversation to get to know each other. You’ll be sharing your story and challenges; I’ll tell you about myself and my coaching style and we’ll discuss logistics. This conversation is free and you can decide after that whether you want to work with me or not.

Session 1 – Find your purpose

The first step in your career change journey is to figure out what gets you out of bed in the morning. During this first session, we will explore together the Ikigai model and look at how to build a strong network to support you.

Session 2 – Visualise the future you want

The second session is about understanding the kind of lifestyle you want. You will clarify your vision of the future by using powerful visualisation techniques and create a goal plan to make it happen.

Session 3 - clarify what drives you

In this session, we will dive into your core drivers: your values, your personality traits and your motivations. You’ll be able to draw a clear picture of what drives your decisions and actions.

Session 4 - identify what energises you

This session focuses on what brings energy and happiness in your life. You will explore your strengths and create an action plan to integrate them into all aspects of your life and career.

Session 5 - Challenge your blockers

Your self-limiting beliefs, worries and fears stop you from achieving your career goals. This session is about identifying and tackling them, as well as building your resilience to empower you to move forward.

Session 6 - Make change happen

this session will bring everything you’ve learned about yourself together to enable you to create a clear and inspiring career goal, brainstorm your options and write a tangible action to kickstart your career change.

Session 7 - Final reflection and follow-up

During this final session, we will take the time to review everything you’ve learned throughout the programme, and discuss how to stay committed to your career goal and plan.

The Details

Total cost: £600. We can agree on flexible payment terms to help you spread the cost over time.

The conversations are 60 to 90 minutes long, and can either be face-to-face in Central London (Covid and weather permitting), or via video call from anywhere in the world! My coaching days are Mondays and Fridays, from 08.30 am until 16.30 pm (GMT).

You decide how often we speak, but I usually recommend a 2-week gap between each session to allow you enough time to reflect on the previous session and prepare for the next one.

You will be sent a digital workbook so that you can keep track of your goals, learnings and progress.
